- 1. What are the parking options?
- Laguna Beach is a popular destination year round. On weekends, holidays and during the summer months we strongly encourage theatre patrons who are driving to the theatre to arrive at least one hour prior to curtain to allow time for parking. There is a private parking lot located behind The Laguna Playhouse. A modest fee applies. There is additional parking across the street in a municipal parking lot. During the summer, Laguna Beach Transportation offers parking at the ACT V parking lot located a mile from the theatre up Laguna Canyon Road with a free trolley service from 9am to 6pm. Also during the summer, the hours are extended and the trolley service is still offered for free, but there is a parking fee in the ACT V lot. For more information, contact the Laguna Beach Visitors and Conference Bureau at (949) 497-9229.
- 2. How early can I park in the theatre lot if I want to spend time strolling downtown before the show?
- Our parking attendant usually arrives 1 hour before the performance time.
- 3. Is there any temporary parking?
- If you are simply dropping by to buy or pick up tickets you should be able to find short-term parking in one of the metered spots on the street in front of the theatre.
- 4. How can I check local driving conditions?
- You can access the latest information on road conditions by calling (949) 497-0747.
- 5. How can I get a taxi after the show?
- There is a pay phone in the lobby that can be used to call a taxi service.
