In our 90 years of providing exciting theatre, The Laguna Playhouse has become an integral part of community life in Orange County. Businesses have been a crucial partner with The Playhouse, ensuring affordable access to the arts for all Orange County citizens. Through their donations, sponsorships and volunteer leadership, businesses recognize the extraordinary social and economic benefits associated with supporting a vibrant cultural life in our community.
Each year 100,000 patrons attend performances at the Playhouse and 25,000 children participate in education and outreach programs throughout Orange County. Advertising and public relations reaches a combined audience of 500,000+.
Our Corporate Patrons Levels, $3,000 - $50,000 are as follows;
All Corporate Sponsors at $3,000+ giving level are automatically members of the PLAYERS CLUB.
What is the Players Club? The Players Club is the umbrella name for the support provided to the Playhouse for donors of $1,000 or higher who have either joined the Club at the Individual level (as an annual membership) or at the corporate level for one year . Corporate giving begins at the $3,000/Circle of Stars level.
Corporate Players Club members receive:
- Four pairs of complimentary tickets (8 total) for any Playhouse Season production. (Tickets to be reserved through box office a minimum of 72 hours in advance; subject to availability). Runs from time of sign-up through the day before the anniversary date of sign-up.
- Two Players Club cards, which include complimentary admissions to exclusive Players Club events (3-4 Events per year) and discounts at four Laguna Beach restaurants, Laguna Beach Book store and Laguna Canyon Winery. Two Complimentary Tickets to one Gala Opening Night performance, with pre-show reception with food and wine and post –show champagne reception with Cast (Opening Night performances and dates will be sent with gift acknowledgement)
- Donor listing in The Laguna Playhouse Programs and on lobby Donor Wall for one year
Players Club - Circle of Stars $3,000 - $4,999
All the benefits above, plus:
- Complimentary beverages at the Moulton lobby bar, with your Club Card
- Concierge ticketing through the Development Department & Advanced Priority Seating (subject to availability) to all Laguna Playhouse productions and special events, reserved through the Playhouse Development office.
Players Club - Patrons Circle $5,000 - $9,999
All the benefits above, plus:
- Complimentary Gala Opening Night Subscription for two ($1304 Ticket Value)
- Complimentary parking in the Moulton Theatre parking lot, with your Club Card (Subject to availability; applies only to Laguna Playhouse Season performances and not valid July-August)
- 20% discount on additional ticket purchases (subject to availability).
- Exclusive Patron Circle invitations to meet and speak with artists and directors (as scheduled)
Players Club - Directors Circle $10,000 - $24,999
All the benefits above, plus:
- Recognition as an Honorary Producer for one 2011-2012 Mainstage production
- Tickets for ten to the Opening Night of your chosen production
- An autographed script or other memento of the Production
- Other recognition opportunities in Playhouse marketing materials, on the website and on site
Season Sponsor $25,000 - $50,000
All the benefits the above, plus:
- Exclusive recognition for one season, within a business category
- Select one night from any of our Mainstage plays during the season and the Playhouse will host a fabulous pre-performance reception on our patio (non-Opening Night) – and toast with the actors – for your employees and/or clients and/or associates (up to 25 people).
- Maximum exposure throughout the year, including at all events (the higher the giving amount, the higher the exposure)
