Conversation and Book Signing A Benefit for Laguna Playhouse and the Dreyfuss Initiative Academy Award winner Richard Dreyfuss at Laguna Playhouse for a one-night only special fundraising event The actor and author will join Laguna Playhouse Artistic Director David Ellenstein to discuss his life, career, and his passion for civics education, the topic of his new book, One Thought Scares Me: We Teach Our Children What We Wish Them to Know; We Don't Teach Our Children What We Don't Wish Them to Know. Following their discussion, Mr. Dreyfuss will take questions from the audience and autograph copies of his book. A reception will precede the conversation with food, drinks, and the chance to win memorabilia from Richard Dreyfuss' career and other special prizes.Proceeds from this event benefit the Laguna Playhouse and the Dreyfuss Civics Initiative.
