Subscriber Ticket Exchange Form

PATRON INFORMATION

The information below will be used to verify your subscriber account, and in the event that we need to contact you concerning your exchange.

Your account number is listed on the bottom right hand side of your ticket

TICKET TO BE EXCHANGED

Please be sure to complete all fields to ensure that your tickets are exchanged properly.

Please include the row and seat number(s)
There is an individual single digit release code listed on each ticket. Please list each release code for the tickets you are exchanging

YOUR NEW TICKETS

All online ticket exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to either the performance time on your ticket or the performance you wish to exchange that ticket for, whichever comes first.

We will do our best to get you in the the performance of your first choice, however providing a second choice date will ensure that we can exchange your tickets.

We'll contact you to confirm that the date you've selected is indeed available. Of course, if you have any questions, please call the Box Office at 949-497-ARTS(2787) extension 1.

OTHER OPTIONS

Unable to choose an exchange date at this time? As a subscriber, you have two other options. If you choose either, you will need to submit this completed form at least 8 hours before your scheduled performance or call the Box Office at 949-497-ARTS(2787) ext. 1. 1.
