Renew Your Subscription Online Live in our Ticketing System.
Follow the instructions below to renew your subscription online without changes.
To renew with changes, please use one of the other options listed below
Begin by clicking the SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL button at the bottom of this page.
The renewal link will take you directly to a login page. Your account login can be found on the top of your renewal invoice that was mailed to you. If you do not remember your account password, select the “Forgot Your Login” tab and enter the email address attached to your subscription account. This email address is also found on the subscription renewal invoice.
Once you have logged in, your subscription order will be displayed. Select the “Continue” button.
If you have notes about your order, that are not seat change requests, you can enter them in the box provided and select “Add Change Request”. If you have no notes on your order, select “Skip This Step”.
Once you select either option, you will be taken to your cart. Select “Proceed to Checkout” to pay for your subscription.
Following the instructions on the screen to make your payment and complete your order. When your payment is processed you will see the "Thank You" confirmation screen. You will also be emailed an order confirmation.
Tickets will be mailed in early May for all subscription renewal orders. Additional tickets to subscription performances can be purchased once you have received your original subscription tickets.
When you renew by phone you can renew your subscription as is listed on your subscription renewal form or request changes to your subscription.
Change requests will be noted and fulfilled after the final renewal deadline. If we are unable to fill any change requests, we will contact you to find the best options for your subscription needs.

Please provide the box office with a copy of your school ID with your order. CTA member card is not valid. Limit two (2) educator subscriptions per valid ID.
Patrons purchasing educator subscriptions must provide an ID each year to qualify for this discount.
