Lost and Misplaced Ticket Replacement. Subscribers receive replacement tickets for lost or misplaced tickets at no extra charge. Reprinted tickets will not be mailed in advance and must be requested through the Box Office. Once new tickets are issued for a performance, the original tickets become invalid, so replacement tickets will only be issued directly before the performance.
Missed Performance Benefit. Did you forget about your performance or forgot to exchange your tickets? No problem. Give us a call and we'll get you into any performance of the same production that has seats available.
